Northern Vermont Home Inspections
Why Have A Professional Home Inspection Done?
What You Will Learn
During the home inspection I will review any concerns that you have, discuss any issues with the home, and explain how they may affect safety or performance in the home. Inspections will pay for themselves with the maintenance education and defect identification alone.
My report will include comprehensive descriptions of any issues in the home, and include photos with descriptions that will help define any issues present and assist you with future maintenance. I am always available for questions or consultation.
I am available to conduct a final walkthrough before the closing to check any repairs made against the original report.
Having raised a family, safety hazards are a priority. I inspect every home as though children will be living in it.
I recommend you attend the inspection, as I not only point out potential defects and maintenance items, but will find and identify water shut-offs, filters, electrical panels, sub-panels and anything else involving safety or performance.
Whether you need an inspection on a new home in Vermont or you are selling a property and want to eliminate possible problems that could delay a sale, I will help you make an informed decision about your home.
